On July 13th, 2010 I had a pretty bad torque break of my right femur. As a result I had a rof inserted in my leg. Now nearly a year post surgery I can do most activities except run long distances. I can now run about a quarter mile but then get alot of main in my hip/upper groin area. any suggestions on what I can do so that i can get back to running any sort of distance?
