Marfan's syndrome

I have many of the symptoms (flat feet, dented chest, stretch marks, flexible joints, heart murmurs, tall and skinny, previous speech problems, shortness of breath, and more), but most stories i have read involve the person having many problems, and many surgeries. I am 26 and have had no problems my entire life. Very active, feel healthy, haven't been to a doctor in 10 or so years.

Is it possible to have Marfan's and feel completely healthy?
