When I was 13 years old I was walking home from a movie with a friend of mine. I decided to run across the street instead of waiting for the light. I ended up getting hit by a F350 truck. I went Flying 15 feet. I broke my right femur and had to get a metal rod in it along with 3 screws. Also I broke my right cheek bone in 3 spots. had to get surgery on that as well. It sucks because My jaw pops when I try to open my mouth really wide. Another problem I have is with my leg. In the winter and hummid days it's in pain. I don't like to do too much running on it because of the pain and sometimes my leg will give out on me and I can fall down. I hope this pain will eventually go away. it's already been 3 years since the accident. Is there any excersizes I can do to help this pain and to help my jaw to stop popping? :) :(
