up under my heel is the pain but how do i know which is best in foot padding, i mean just the heel padding or the whole sole padding ?

  • If you have a heel spur try going to your dr.(Podiatrist) and they can give you heel lifts that will help you with the pain on your heel.They are pretty inexpensive unless they force you into orthodics which can be costly. I bought a pair of heel lifts from my dr. for about $20.00 and they helped alot.They are totally different than orthodics. hope this helps.:)
