Broken Clavicle - Re-injured?

Two questions I would be so appreciative to get some answers/opinions on:

Is it normal to be in pain requiring narcotics (taking tylenol-3) three-four weeks post clavicle break?

I broke my clavicle in a car crash three-four weeks ago and was taking tylenol 3. Is it normal to still be in pain and needing to take such strong drugs after three weeks?

Two days ago I jerked my arm really fast to instinctively catch a heavy box that fell from the top of the closet and felt a horrible pain. I now feel some tingling in my fingertips, a headache, and sore neck. Have I flared up the injury? I am a 30 year old female in good shape and this is my first break.

Any opinions or suggestions are very much appreciated.

Thank you!
