Starting 5 days ago my lymph nodes in my groin starting swelling up and now it feels like there are 4 or 5 that are about almond sized or smaller on the left size that are causing me a lot of pain. The whole area is tender and when I lay down its 10 times worse. I don't have a primary physician to go see and don't know if its worth an er visit. Should I worry?
