venous blood gas question

Thank you so much for any input.
My son has many medical issues, recently had a venous blood gas. He had an abnormally high oxygen and o2 saturation levels. Cardiology work up after, thinking he was shunting someplace, which would explain the abnormally high venous oxygen and maybe an explanation for other health issues, but everything was negative, the doctor's don't have anything further to add.
H & H fine, platelets low, high B 12, folate and homocysteine levels,

any thoughts?
