Swollen lymph nodes under jaw

The lymph nodes under my jaw are swollen, they are firm but they are still easily movable. I feel fine. I had a slight cold but I barely felt anything a few days ago, but the lymph nodes were swollen before that.

I am really scared, I read that when the nodes are hard it means something is really wrong.
