I am the one that had enlarged lymph nodes discovered after an accident on Christmas night. For the last 4 months I've been told possible histoplasmosis, sarcoidosis had a pet/ct scan then told likely cancer yesterday I had a mediastinoscopy / bronchoscopy biopsy. Praise God I left there knowing IT IS NOT CANCER, they had to send out the rest to another lab for further testing to find out if it's sarcoidosis everything I'v researched on that I have alot of the symtoms. Knowing the lymph nodes are benign was the best news this year...

  • Well all I have sarcoidosis I am told I don't need treatment!!! But what is strange is my sister just dicovered a mass in her chest appears to be swollen lymph nodes as well but so large it's pushing against her heart and making a vain bulge on her neck. Has any one ever heard of this happening to multiple sisters around the same time. she has another ct scan on friday then a biopsy. looking for feedback....

  • Hey daughter of mine I think? You have the same idea I have. Could your sister have a further advanced Sarcoidosis? I am at the library so you can't email me back because I will be leaving. Mom
