does anyone know what diseases swollen preaortic abdominal lymph nodes are and what are the signs and symptoms
my 17yr old daughter has had severe abdominal pain for the last 5 months with some weight loss and the ct scan just showed swollen preaortic abdominal lymph nodes <1cm she is still in a great deal of pain:confused:

  • :rolleyes: Have you taken your daughter to see a gyno. it could be an Ovary problem , Ovarian Cancer causes swollen abdominal nodes and Weight loss , Stomach Pain . Please check - out - " HYSTERSISTERS.COM " it's a very informative website concerning Female Conditions . Ovarian Cancer is still a very unidentified Cancer . I hope that for your Daughter's sake it's nothing serious , but be persistent , don't give - up until you find - out what it is . Good Luck .:)
