Swelling in lymphnodes over body

Okay, so here's a little bit about myself. I'm a 20 year old construction worker, I'm gay but have not had sex since this problem began. I noticed about a month ago that one of my lymphnodes on my hip (right below where my hip bone sticks out) was swollen. I then noticed several nights ago that one underneath my armpit was swollen (round and hard,) as well as one on the back of my neck (round and hard.) I have had recent HIV tests, so that is the very last thing I think it is.
I went to a doctor and the woman told me that they felt normal, just enlarged. They were smooth and moved beneath the skin like they're supposed to.
I checked this morning and all of the lymphnodes in my groin area are swollen, and there's a slight pain, like someone just kicked me in the balls, that's been occuring as well.
I'm also worried because I can't afford to pay for lab testing, and because I'm not 21 there aren't many programs they can offer to me...
