If you have any suggestions for me, please respond ASAP. I have talked to my doctor several times,
about the issues I'm presenting,, but I'm wondering if he listens.
I'm 53 y/o, relatively healthy. My only health issue this year has been Crohn's Disease. I've lost over
80lbs. I struggle with the Crohn's daily.
My purpose in posting is this: for several months now, I'm getting terrible looking bruising and bleeding
on my forearms. They look like the arms of someone 95 yrs. old. I've never had this before. If I barely
rub the top of my forearm against something, the skin bleeds or least bruises. It's so embarrassing.
I have no idea what's causing this, can anyone help me? Please!
Another change that has taken place; I've always had low blood sugar. I've seen a specialist who told me
I was "Hypoglycemic". My body is very sensitive to changes in my blood sugar level. It usually stays around
90. In the last 2-3 months, it has become wild.....it will go up to 190 then down to 54. When it makes these
sudden changes; I instantly fall asleep. I don't understand this, but I check my blood sugar when I start
feeling sleepy, sure enough, that's what it is.
Sorry my post is so long, but I'm desperate for advice. Thank you for your time.
