I Have just been diagnosed with hemochromatoisis. Still have to go through more tests, but am trying to find all I can! I was diagnosed 10yrs ago with Gilbert Syndrome, which is a liver disfunction. So am wondering if any one out there has this as well, and are they related, or did one cause the other? I have been sluggish and tired but am to stubborn to give in to it and therefore feel quite rundown. But if I "do" sit down I fall asleep.
Have had joint pain which has been put down to ageing and arthritis. Also last year tingling in left arm and shoulder and heart area pain. Had a heart stress test but came back strong heart, so once again left wondering if the symptoms are related to the hemochromatoisis yet again?I am 60yrs and very fit and slim.
