Hi there. My mom has septicemia due to pressure sores. She has been a paraplegic for 27 years and bed ridden in hospital for 3 months now. It is just getting worse although the wounds are cleaned 3 times daily and she is receiving very strong anti biotics. We are at witts end with this and slowly losing hope of her every healing. Is there any solution to this or is my mother destined to fade away in a small hospital room? If anyone has any sort of advice please mail me on calvaro@ananzi.co.za. Janine

  • Hi, I'm from ZA too. I've sent you email, please contact me on curlystooge at c9web.co.za if it doesn't arrive? What I can say here is that she needs to have the wounds covered with a soft sheepskin, still with wool on, the wool facing the wounds. A large one to lie on, and smaller pieces over elbows etc. They use this under horse saddles so you might ask at horsing suppliers. It works well but is very expensive, best to get it from a farm if you know somebody. You also need a highly qualified wound care specialist with (NB) a history of success, and a high level remote healer for the spiritual side.
