Hi everyone (is there anybody out there???) I've got a situation that I'm trying to research for my boyfriend and don't quite know how to phrase it or how to 'ask Jeeves' about it but here it is: We moved from California to Florida about a year ago. For the entire year, my boyfriends' calves would hurt as though someone were pinching them with all their might. He went back to California for 5 months, and there was NO PAIN WHATSOEVER (even though he was doing strenuous work). He has recently returned to Florida, and the calf pain has returned, too! From the very first night he was here (and trust me, he didn't do ANYTHING strenuous that day) he's had this incredible calf pain. We're completely stumped. We have NO IDEA why it does NOT bother him in CA, yet is extremely and suddenly painful ALWAYS in FL???? We've thought maybe it's something 'magnetic' (hey;your imagination starts to really wonder........) or something ............. I don't know! We're completely in the dark. I've looked up 'sudden calf pain' online, and came up with Thrombosis, but this wouldn't necessarily apply since he doesn't have the pain at any other time. Does ANYONE have ANY hypothesis as to why this might be happening? Please, at least take an educated guess because this is way too weird! Thanks, Augsgirl
