My b12 levels are 93, what could that mean? Is it very low?

My doctor told me my b12 levels are 93 which is abnormal but not urgent. I'm being tested for coeliac and IBD. I'm 22 and my diet includes a lot of foods with vitamin b12 in. I don't know what to make of this all I'm a bit confused and worried, surely it isn't normal for them to be 93?
