I was told a few months ago that I have Vitamin B12 Deficiency. I have been suffering for 3 years with bone pain, muscle spasms, confusion, depression, passout spells, burning, tingling, numbness and cold sensations,etc.... My question is I have had new symptoms happening I feel like something is crawling up my throat, and I have a growth in my nose and it is getting hard to breath. Has anyone with b12 deficiency have this happen or could it be something else? Also when do you start to feel at least alittle better from the shots and pill taking I have been taking a pill daily and a shot every 2 weeks for almost 3 months and i dont feel any better I actually feel like Im getting worse.
Thanks Jess
