I've seen on internet that the normal value of MVC is between 80 and 100. The doctor said to me that there is B12 deficiency in my blood. And i should test it. One thing that I do not eat meat too much because i don't like it. the doctor said to me that it is due to this that i don't eat meat. I just want to know that is it a big problem??? Can they Unfit me on this base?
