:) I have severe fatigue that is getting worse over the past 6 months. My ferritin level is 7 but my hemoglobin level is normal. My other bloodwork is normal. Does anyone know how much and what kind of iron I should take?

  • I am anemic as well. It is because of my heart condition. I have a heart murmer I was born with. I am on 400 mg of slow iron a day if that helps. It was perscribed iron though. It is similar to Feosil which is over the counter. It also helps to eat less breads and cafeine. as these types of things absorb iron out of the body. good luck!
