I am a vet tech student and I am doing a report on hemophilia in dogs (not much difference between dog and human hemophilia). I am trying to figure out the difference between the different blood clotting factors VIII which is supposed to be part of Hemophilia A, and IX which is B. But now, there is a factor XIII which is supposedly also A. Is there more info anyone can give me on these factors? I would appreciate it.
