I was testes for Von willbrands disease and the results came back normal. BUT the activity was hyperactive almost like I was clotting too fast he said. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism also.

What exactly could this mean?
I have an appointment with a hemotologist the 23rd but I'm just looking for a slight insight until then. I'm only 15, so I can't really stand NOT knowing.

  • Hiya,I am sorry for your troubles. Have they tested you for Hughes Syndrome? I have that and my blood clots abnormally. I have to take blood thinners for the rest of my life. Hughes is also called Anticardiopid antibody syndrome (sp?). LuAnne
