I am a 20 year old female, I work out at the gym at least 3 times a week and work as a server/bartender. I try to eat well and take a multivitamin everyday. I find that at least once a week I get some sort of a charlie horse or muscle spasm in my calf muscles. I have been told that this may be due to the fact that I am low in calcium. Can anyone shed some light on this subject??
