Sometimes after I wake up in the morning, I notice small pin-sized red dots on my upper arms. After I get out of the shower, they change to a darker red color. They are clustered together and seem to only appear one cluster at a time. They go fade away in about 2 days. But, when they re-appear it is not always in the same exact spot - but always on the upper arms. It seems to be getting more frequent and has gotten to a point where it happens every morning. They do not hurt or bother me, so I am reluctant to see a doctor. I don't know if they appear because I have been sleeping on my arm at night and is caused by the circulation being cut off. Does anyone know what this is? What causes this? What I can do to prevent it?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
