Recently my doctor told me my b12 levels were 93, I'm 22 and my diet is definitely not deprived of this vitamin! I'm being tested for coeliac and IBD, but my doctor told me these b12 results aren't urgent? I don't understand what normal levels are? I don't know whether to worry or not!
