Anemia/ringing ears

Hello there,
I have recently been diagnosed as anemic. Always have been probably because I am a runner. But recently I developed a 10 lb. a day habit of eating ice. I was given iron pills and the addiction is gone.

I have ringing in the ears and will go in for a scope (endoscopy/colonoscopy) and wondered if anyone has any similar story to share. I research as much as possible, but there are many causes of anemia and I was hoping to pinpoint mine with help.
Thanks and best wishes to all.

  • Yes, I Was Told A Was Anemic Right After I Had My Baby. My Ob Told Me To Take Ferrous Sulfate For My Anemia. I Started With Both Ringing Ears. My Right Ear Has Stopped Ringing, But My Left Ear Is Still Ringing. I've Been On Iron Pills For 3 Weeks Now. My Doctor Said I Needed To Take For 3 Months, Hopefully My Left Ringing Ear Will Also Stop. Good Luck To You Too.
