I have totally normal blood counts, but I have a lot of symptoms of anemia. I have fatigue constantly, I bruise if someone just presses a finger in me, especially my legs, which tend to be tender. I just lean on something hard I will get bruise on my leg in the shape of whatever I lean on. I am pale, but I am fair skinned anyway. I get headaches frequently. I don't think my periods are heavier than average, and my nose doesn't bleed. Even though the tests are normal, can I possibly still be anemic?
BTW- I take vitamins and eat veggies and fruit.
