Im 23 and was diagnosed with chronic trigonitis last year. Iv since had an op to widen my tubes so to flush out the infection. Iv been on 7 different antibiotics for different lengths of time and nothing has worked. They keep giving me trimethoprim (200mg) but no luck. Its really getting me down now. Iv just started uni and feel like and old lady having to go to the loo all of the time. I get pain about once a week for a few hours in the morning then a few pints of water and im ok... i guess... i cant remember what it feels like to be normal?!
It generally flares up bad when im due on... anyone else get this?
Am i stuck like this for the rest of my life??
Iv also had a really hard time at work as no one believes im ill when i have days off for the pain. Its not exactly something people want to talk about either. just feel so alone :(
Can anyone help?
