I have a herniated disk at L3-L4 and have had sciatica for over a year now. The pain is unbearable and no Dr's will give me anything stronger than muscle relaxers cyclobenzaprine and oxycodone for it. ( no idea why I have to suffer everyday ) Recently though I am having really STRANGE sensations in that area! It feels like a lot of preasure, maybe fluid, pushing on my back. It's hard to decribe but it definatly feels like either swelling or fluid build up in that area. It's really scaring me. Sometimes the sensations are to the point where I feel like I need to go to the emergency room. In an effort to try other things before I have to resort to srugery, I have recently been going to a chiro and have been using the DRX9000 machine. It slowly streaches my spine so my herniated disk hopefully gets relief. I have used it 9 times and have had electronic stim around the area as well. I don't know if this has something to do with it but if anyone has has this please let me know. It's really scaring me. Thank you,Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
