Hello all! I'm 16, and an active basketball player! I've been suffereing from lower back pains for several months now, and it has been much better after I've stopped playing basketball for about 3 months or so. However, once I start on my training regime, my back will hurt again. It's kinda weird because I dont feel pain while I'm playing, but the pain comes upon after I've stopped.
I cant bend my back without feeling any pain, and sometimes sitting does give me sharp pains after I stand up, which subsides after a minute or so. I do also have a potrusion at my lower right back, which is where the pain occurs. Do you guys have any ideas why?!
