I have numbness of the toes more so in my right foot. Having had an MRI I was told that I have excessive wear to disks L1 - L5 which is causing this problem which I have had now for approx. two and half years. This diagnoses was made by my neurologist as I have epilepsy. My medication has been ruled out as the cause and neuropathy has also been ruled out following tests. I'm assuming the diagnoses is correct and was wondering what I could do to help the problem and whether it would be worth while seeing a back specialist?
