I have been having a number of problems with my body in the past several weeks, starting with joint back in my left hip when i go from a laying position to sitting up, then a painful lump appeared on my neck which has now faded, then I have been having constant need to urinate and at the end it would begin to burn when I do or can't urinate at all.
Now a problem started yesterday in my lower right back internally. Yesterday I assumed it was back ache but it has gradually got worse now it feels really bad and kind of crippling as it hurts to sit straight.
My dad thought maybe the result of dehydration as I also have had dry lips and tongue today so I have been drinking cups of water for the past few hours but its still getting worse.
Im at university and the doctor isnt available until monday unless it is an emergency.
