I assume your dr has ruled this out though as it seems so obvious, what with the kids aswell, it comes on alot during pregnancy and can start after, when my dr first examined me he made me lie on my back and lift each leg, out straight, as far as i could, those patients who cant lift there legs are usually the ones with sciaticaI cant help you with the painkillers as ours all have different names to the U.S ones i've tried ibuprofen, i think thats what your taking? The only thing thats ever worked for me (I dont have sciatica) is Dihydrocodiene but i would'nt reccommend it as its addictive, but with me the pain is so bad i dont care.
