Lab results are they bad or not too bad

I have Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism and psoriasis. I began having problems back in Feb., and things have just gotten progressively worse.

My last blood work was done last Wed., some of the tests are back;

Liver enzymes elevated
B12 85 doctor says I need B12 injections
Rheumatoid factor negative
Sedimentation rate normal
ANA positive, but the lab has not determined the titer yet.

I realize the rheumatoid factor and sedimentation rate don't reveal any problems, but just how low is my B12 and is it odd that the lab says my ANA was positive, but that they are still trying to determine the titer.
