Freaking out a bit

I have had chronic leg / hip pain for AGES. I had pea like lumps on my thighs which are incredibly sore to touch. Doctor has told me that I have sciatic nerve pain, bursitis ... Then I went to a new doctor who did a blood test because she didn't think the dx was correct.

I have raised ESR and ANF of 1:320. I was immediately referred to a rheumatologist (my appointment is this Thursday coming).
I've been sent for aAntiCCP test but the results haven't come back.

The blood test (AaNF) came back with 4 possible autoimmune conditions. I don't have issues with dryness so I have kinda crossed that one off.
The test came back with a strong correlation for Raynaulds and CREST.

Any advice? Thought? Thursday feels like a lifetime away!
