facial raynauds???

new Current diagnosis UCTD. On Plaquenil and Vit D for just over a month now.
ANA and other antibody testing neg.
ESR 85
WBC 4.2
Mono 7.4
CRP <5
Vit D 13.5
Total creatine Kinase 29

Traveling muscle and joint pains
had prominant rash on forehead (itched) and nose and cheeks (didn't itch) - resolving
photo sensitive splotchy skin neck and chest (resolving)
new in past 2 months - traveling muscle twitches
new in past month - occassional very painful muscle spasms (never in same location). awoke to this after 4 hours of sleep one night. that location was low pelvic/peri-anal? location difficult to determine. other locations were left flank, right shoulder and left arch of foot.
new in past month - mottled appearance to arms and around knees

occurred last week - raynauds-type episode but to face (has anyone ever heard of this?????) face white, ears red/purple, chest and neck bright red, definite demarkation at jawline. I was very fatigued at the time.

Rheumatologist seemed puzzled.
