a kidney specialist i went to ran this on me

i scored high
i have read many things on the internet from it means i have inflammation to it means i dont have lupus anymore

can someone explain this test

i have been suffering with edema and for some reason if i take a 5 mg predisone once a day my edema goes away
they say nothing is wrong with my kidneys but
this test is confusing what it means
