  • I was tested for APS and am waiting for the results. I am just curious ,what were your symptoms? Did you experience anything specific that made your doctor test for APS?

  • hi, i am from europe, greece my husband was diagnosed to have antiphospholipid syndrom 6 years ago. he had a thrombotic event and thank god he was tested to that disease. from that moment he takes an anticoagulation pill and he is very good. he made a diet and tries not to eat food with fats. at the last hematologic test he had low hematocrit and hemoglubin and the doctor made a coombs test. the test was weakly positive. she was afraid the possibility of hemolytic anemia. in the mean time the hematocrit and hemoglubin rised. she was a little reliefed but she is still looking for it.if any body knows about hemolytic anemias in the primary antiphospholipid syndrom i would like to know more. of course the was that is treated too!
