Hi friends, My mom is taking new vitamins and I need to know how much is to much on certain things.... The vitamin E level is 1533% of her daily value... calium is only 93% and vitamin B12 is 417% of her daily value. I need to know is this is too much or not enough. By the way she is 50. I know that a person can overdose on calcium but I can't find anything that says how much calcium it would take for her to OD.
