I have had unexplained Nuetropenia since I was 12, about 20 years. Recently, it was noticed that I had a positive Rheumatoid factor and have been having ankle and foot pain recently. Does this sound like Rheumatoid Arthritis with the low white blood cell count for 20 years with no symptoms? thanks
