Hard lump under the skin on right arm??

I noticed the other day a small, hard round lump in my arm. Its not "in" my skin... it feels like it is deep underneath, and it is definitely foreign because everytime I touch it I feel weird and grossed out and have a hard time pressing on it in the first place. It does not hurt.

It is on my right arm, about 1-2 inches across from my armpit, and then 1 inch down, on the top part of the arm where my bicep is.

I don't think it is anything to worry about, but I'd like to know what it is. There is no swelling, pain, or anything. Just a rock-hard pea-size lump.

Any thoughts??? (I'd go ask a doctor, but that would cost me $65 that I don't have. I'm an American, you know, so of course I don't have health care).
