Forearm pain from heavy lifting

I am experiencing pain in my forearm (ulna) bones from continued strenuous lifting. It hurts when I apply pressure to the inner/underside part of the bone about mid-way down my forearm.

I realise the cause of this injury, but I wonder can anyone answer my questions regarding caring for this injury. Thanks a lot.

- How long, roughly, will this pain last?
- Will my bones be stronger when they have ceased hurting?
- If I continue heavy lifting, could I break them/further damage them?
- is there a term for this bone stress damage?
