In August 2006 I had a massive car accident which left me in a coma in hospital for a while. I received alot of injuries during this time, one of these injuries was a badly fractured and dislocated elbow but because of my other more serious issues it went unnoticed for about 2 weeks. When they found my dislocated and fractured elbow they put it in a cast for about 3 months. When they removed the cast I could not straighten my elbow and the doctor said that a bone had grew straight and was stopping me from straighting my elbow. Since then I have had two surgerys on my elbow where they shaved off part of a bone to allow me to move my elbow. I still cannot straighten my elbow and am still only reaching 60%. The last surgery was about over 2 years ago and I have had barely no pain in my elbow but for the last couple of months I have had alot of pain in my elbow. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to get my arm straighter and to stop the pain? The pain is so bad that at night it is hard to get to sleep :-( Please helpReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
