I'm 20, and I was watching TV while laying on my bed. I was laying on my left arm; my left forearm, elbow pointed backwards.
After about a half hour at that position, my arm felt like it fell asleep, but no tingly feeling, just weak. Not so weak that I couldn't lift anything because I can still lift stuff.
It's been feeling like this for about an hour, I can start to kinda feel a little better.
Did I just lay on my arm at a weird position for too long?
I think I've had this before, but I can't remember.
