simple tips to reduce anxiety

try to apply this tips in your day to day life

1)take a proper sleep
2) take light dinner
if you take more dinner then their is chances of dreaming in the night
3)dont eat spicy food regularly
once in a week is ok but try to avoid spicy food
4) when u are eating give full concentration
5) dont go for walk immediately after dinner that is very bad habit
see what happen in this case after dinner your stomach would required more blood supply for digestion and if u would immediately go for walk then obviously stomach get less blood as it is used by muscle for walking and ultimately your digestion system get affcted.
6) read good books.

if you follow above tips it would definitely reduce your anxiety atleast by 25 %
but it should follow constantly.that is criteria
