I have a b-12 defficiency that I am takeing b-12 injections for. Been 9 months and i am still haveing problems. Things have gotten alot better since then but I get the severe nervous feelings inside that i cannot shake. I don't know if its a histamine thing with allergies or the b-12 deff.
I take nerve meds and stomach meds. The dr. told me my b-12 isn't building up and it could take up to 2 years. I am so tired of the roller coaster ride, up and down, and the nervousness isnt a panic attack, it just comes on everyday then by night its better, and after b-12 shot by the 2cd week it gets better only to come back again. I have alot of sinus drainage so can histamine do this to you? I also have stomach problems, can't eat much just meat and potatoes, if i eat other things I get these feelings along w/ pressure in chest and bloating, so I don't eat much. neg. celiac test. It's like my body has reactions to something, but what? can someone please tell me if it could be other vitamine deficiencies or what??? meds ativan, visaril, prevacid

Acupuncture, NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Techniques), or naturopathy: all of these forms of medicine can be very helpful. NAET can help determine if you have an imbalance in regulating B12, that is, if it is preventing you from absorbing this vitamin properly. No amount of B12 is going to help if you have malabsorption problems. NAET can really make a difference - please look into it. In Chinese medicine, if your Spleen is weak, it can cause your body to generate phlegm and mucus. This can help explain why you have mucus and also alot of gas and bloating after eating. If the Spleen is weak it will also cause a Heart inbalance, which can help explain your nervousness or anxiety. Please look for a qualified acupuncturist to help get your body back in balance. Visit www.nccaom.org or www.acufinder.com for more info on this beneficial form of medicine. Best wishesDOM

  • Personally, I feel that it can be helpful to take supplements that support the bodies needs nutritionally. You need to watch out for that B12 though because some say that Vitamin B12 in the form of Cyanocobalamin can be harmful... I suggest that you find an alternative approach to bettering your health ( That is my suggestion). You will often find that some people have a direct connection between the immune system and their mental/emotional state. That being said, there are some things that I find are overlooked ina nervous state (Panic condtion). 1) Mercury toxicity2) Cavitations/ root canals3) Candida overgrowth (intestinal candidiasis)/ Parasites4) Food sensitivies5) Environemental Sensitivities6) Wilsons Syndrome (thyroid condition)7) Pyroluria and excess/too little histamine. (I don't have much experience with this myself. But some say that it is helpful. If you get these issues sorted out then you are bound to see drastic improvements in your state of health and well-being. I made drastic improvements in my health by just using a zapper machine, going on a candida diet, doing a parasite cleanse, using a multivitamin and a digestive enzyme. I can't begin to explain how much better I felt once I did this. You often find that even parasites can trigger the release of histamine so you are bound not to get these issues sorted out unless you do something to support your system holistically. RegardsSage

  • to hyanppie- thank you for the reply. what is a zapper machine? I've been tested for parasites, neg. mercury, neg thyroid conditions show neg. I have dentures I don't know how they test for candida but I have read about it and that its hard to get rid off, (don't know?) I do have reactions to foods they once said I had celiac but then tested again and said no., so I don't know why I can't eat without getting weird symptoms. I also have developed alot of sinus drainage, who knows? I had h-pylori in march of last year- treated and neg test after I became ill in dec. I don't know whats making me so sick. The histamine thing i have read about but don't understand it either, or how the test for that. Any clues? thanks julie

  • I hate to play on online doctor and to say, "This is your symptom, or that this is not your symptom,"... But what I CAN tell you is that a.) It's hard to test for mercury. Mercury generally doesn't even show up on urine tests because mercury is usually cleared form the blood within 24 hours before it is deposited... (Andy Cutler, Although controversial, recommends hair tests to test for mercury and other metals etc...)b.) Parasites or even harder to pick up on ( Depending where you live). The hospitals here in my country don't do the test for the countless parasites that exists. ( Just a couple of MAIN ones). So that alone is innacurrate by itself.c.) Thyroid conditions can even be hidden form blood tests I do not want to overload you with information... But I will give you a few sites to read from in the meantime and then you should decide on the best course of action form there. You should always listen to what your doctor says. But it is also important for your doctor to listen to what YOU have to say.Be SURE to check for root canals or cavitations ( That may prove difficult). But in the meantime, If you have food sensitivities and they definitely have noticeable effects on you then please check out this candida thing... You might wanna do your own research too.http://osiris.sunderland.ac.uk/autism/gut.htmhttp://www.yeastinfectionadvisor.com/http://tribes.tribe.net/beating-candida/thread/8385dbae-d46e-4897-95b0-0abc5a7bc125Errm, with regards to mercury. Make SURE that you do not have any Silver (Mercury fillings) As these can and will mess you up if you don't take them out. This is what a zapper is and does. :http://www.orgonise-africa.net/category.aspx?categoryID=19http://www.paradevices.com/testimonials.htmlRead this also, It's very inspiring. Also a place to get 'good zappers'. (Note: They are all Good but some are better than others and only the ones with the wrist straps are known to be significantly less effective than the others) Browse through the site.http://www.paradevices.com/testimonials.htmlI hope this helps,

  • Another thing that I have to add is this, If you do not know of anyone who would treat you for these conditions (If they do not find anything 'wrong') then find someone like a good naturopathic doctor who will...In the meantime, it could be a good idea to on a candida diet, get yourself a digestive enzyme, maybe get yourself a zapper until you have someone to 'treat' you.
