I suffer from panic attacks. This has been going on for about 20 years. Lately I've noticed them getting worse. Every time I try to drive any where I start getting a panic attack. I notice being alone or in desolate places triggers them also. How do I get over this without medication? I've had liver failure in the past and can't take meds. I'm pretty much home bound. I was trying to think of anything traumatic when I was little, and I do remember being in a bad earthquake in California. Could this be the cause? :confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
