When I’m talking with people, often times I feel like my head keeps trying to fall or lean back. As if it’s being gently pulled. I’ve tried searching for it and seen descriptions like “heavy head” but not sure that’s the best way to describe it. This has been happening for the past few months. I also feel the glands in my neck and they appear to be swollen. This is something that I recognized quite a while ago and I believe a year ago I asked my doctor about it and he said they are slightly swollen but that it could be normal with me. I always tend to feel them because there are times that I feel nauseous, not extreme, but feel a tightness in my neck.
Last night I felt a tightness in my chest and was a slightly dizzy. (I assume this was an anxiety attack) but it is concerning because I do have heart related issues in my family.
The things that I keep thinking it might be is:
Can anyone speak into this? The head feeling like it wants to fall back is really annoying.
