Hard to believe that these symptoms aren't a sign of something more serious.

Hi, I am a 27 year old male. I have had so many strange and painful physical symptoms for the past year. It's hard for me to believe that they are all caused by anxiety. I have a hard time shaking the thought that I have a brain tumor. I have had an MRI done about 4 or 5 years ago and results came back fine. I just recently have been suffering from on onset of symptoms new and old. They include, headaches, strange head sensations, facial twitches, muscle twitches, tingling and numbness in limbs, neck pain, shooting pains in arms and legs, insomnia and tinnitus. I just recently experienced severe double vision accompanied by a headache. I was driving and almost had to pull over to the side of the road because it was so bad. If I shut my right eye, then I could see. But when I shut my left eye, my vision was completely doubled. As soon as I got home I contemplated going to the ER, but instead I took an Advil and then laid down to take a nap. When I awoke, my headache was slightly better and my double vision wasn't as bad. I've also experienced vision problems in the past, but never accompanied by a headache. I am also in the process of weaning myself off of Clonazepam which is not helping the physical symptoms. Anyone else experiencing similar symptoms and share similar concerns?
