I have the fear of being watched while working.Whenever I catch someone watching me work I immediately tense up, become self concious, and lose my concentration on what I'm doing.Any Advice?

  • When that happens to me I remind myself that it is -my- job and therefore my space and that is exactly where I belong at that moment regardless of starers. Always try to smile and be nice to people or make friends if you can do that reasonably in your environment. You should feel confident in the space that you occupy and feel that it is your place to shine. "Don't worry, be happy!"

  • Keep in mind: You know all those worries and fears an uncertainties that come up when you're being watched? The rest of us only pretend we know what we're doing. We dont, we're just all making it up as we go along, and we're all just as terrified and self concious.
