So, I've suffered from several symptoms such as Brain fog (inability to concentrate/focus), post-nasal drip, occasional sinus infections, chronic cough, chest congestion, etc for just over 4 years. I go into more detail on the symptoms in another thread.
I've come across a few accounts here and there of anxiety causing such symptoms but I always wrote it off as a "cop out" of sorts. The thing is, I do have a history of social anxiety and such, and I've also noticed that my symptoms seem to get worse when I'm stressing out about something specific.
That said, many of my symptoms are 24/7 for the last 4 years. I definitely haven't FELT anxious for the entire 4 years, which leads me to doubt that it could be the cause. Should the symptoms come and go depending on my stress level?
What do you think? Is it still possible?
